Vident sends text messages only to people who ask us to. Here is exactly what we send, and how to stop it at any time.

What this program is

Vident LLC operates a text messaging program used only to:

  • send you a link back to our website when you have asked us to;
  • respond to a question or request you have made to us; and
  • communicate operationally with existing clients and design partners about work in progress.

We do not send marketing or promotional messages, and we do not text people who have not opted in.

What our messages look like

Every message names Vident, tells you how to stop, and states that message and data rates may apply. These examples are representative of the whole program:

  • Follow up on a conversation with you:

We do not send anything outside the purposes listed above. There are no promotional or bulk messages in this program.

How to opt in

You opt in by completing the form on this page and ticking the consent box. The box is never pre-checked, it is entirely optional, and you are not enrolled unless you tick it.

Agreeing to receive text messages is never a condition of doing business with Vident, and ticking the box is not required in order to use this form or to contact us.

Opt in

This form records your consent and opens an email to us containing exactly what you agreed to, so that both you and Vident have a written record.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies and is typically low, because we only message in connection with the requests and relationships described above.

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge you for messages; your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message from us. You will receive one confirmation message and then nothing further unless you opt in again.

Your mobile information

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your personal data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in the delivery of text messages.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier's network and is not guaranteed.
